I know...I know...

But it's really hard to take time out of a busy, and I mean busy, schedule to write. All though I have so much going through my head right now! I'll fill you in on a few things going on in my life...so here goes:

1) I am remodeling Emalynn's room. What I'm actually doing is switching rooms her "bed" is in, and re-establishing her domain! Jon and I bought her a full-size bed for her new room. It is in place. However, we wanted to paint her new room. I am doing a french country (not sure if this is the correct name for the theme I'm going for, but this is what it reminds me of) theme for her room. Blues, creams, and whites. I bought two shades of blue paint (with gray tones) and Amanda and I started painting her room last night. Amanda wanted to paint her ceiling, hence the two shades of blue. She started doing that while I worked on painting the walls. Amanda came to find out that it is really hard to paint a ceiling! Oops...it's a little too late by then. Oh well, it's looking really pretty so far. We have half of the walls and ceiling done, and are hoping to finish painting tonight. The goal is to have her room somewhat livable by the end of Friday! Wish us luck...

2) Emalynn's actual birth day is March 10th (Thursday). She will be two. However, we are having her birthday party on Saturday, the 12th. I am definitely looking forward to it, and hope to have tons of pictures to scrap by the end of it all! We rented a moonwalk, tables and chairs, and a popcorn machine. We are doing a Jo Jo Circus theme, hence the popcorn machine. I'm going to order pizza and have different kinds of snacks and juice boxes, and cake and ice cream. The weather is supposed to be beautiful, so I can only hope things go very nicely! Emalynn loves the moonwalks now...before she used to be really scared of them. I can't wait to see her eyes lighted up when we show her she has a moonwalk in her backyard!

3) I'm not even beginning to start thinking of Easter at this point. I'm going to wait until after Emalynn's party. Until then, I think I'll stop writing about it...don't want to have too much going on in my head!
