Tempting Tuesday - Cake Cornbread

Looking for a new cornbread recipe?? Do you like your cornbread sweet? If so, you are going to LOVE this recipe:

Ingredients:
One ‘good quality’ yellow cake mix
Three boxes of Jiffy corn muffin mix

Procedure:
Mix separately in two bowls as per normal instructions on the boxes.

Blend thoroughly together in a single bowl. (Use a hand paddle/spatula – do not use a blender or mixer.)

Put in a ‘lasagna’ pan (11 in. x 15 in.)

Bake @ 350 deg until ‘just done’; should take about 45 minutes, but check after 35 minutes; hey, maybe check after 25 minutes – in case your oven is a tad hot.
