Today is Friday!!

Friday's finally here, and boy is it dragging! I still have about an hour and 45 mintues left in my work day and I am ready to get out of here!

Emalynn update: I went home yesterday, anticipating that my child was in pain from more shots, but nope, she was all caught up. Didn't have to have any! I bet you she was thanking her lucky stars! But then again, if it isn't one thing, it's another...she has an ear infection in her right ear, and it was coming into her left. She has antibiotics to take which she will start tomorrow. Poor baby! Sad part is, she has had chronic ear infections in that right ear of hers since she was 6 months old! And I know that I had to have tubes in my ears. I was old enough to remember going to the Outpatient Surgery center, but not knowing what for. So, after some research (calling my mom and asking), I found out that I had tubes.

Any plans for the weekend you might ask? Yes...we are taking Emalynn to Splashtown. I know...I guess you're wondering why since she has an ear infection. Well, I figure, we can put ear plugs in her ears and give her antibiotic, but why take her fun away. We were invited by Andy and Tracie (good friends of ours) who received 6 free tickets, so we have been planning on going for a week now, so we're still going to go. Emalynn will have lots of fun...she loves playing in the water!

On Sunday, I'm planning on visiting Tracie...she's 8 months pregnant and on bedrest. Poor thing! I couldn't imagine being confined to the house, no dirty work, staying off my feet...yes I could. But obviously not in that condition. We are going to scrap a little, veg a little, and just have some plain ole' fun girl time. My best friend, Breeann, is going to go too. Which is good...as I'm sure she could use some girl time. I'm still not sure if Amanda is going to go...but hopefully she can. Jonathon is going to watch Emalynn for me, so I can have a day to myself and hang out and veg!

Well, I better go for now...I'll check in on Monday...ewwww...let's not even talk about Monday right now...Friday still isn't even over!!!
