Ok...so?

Yeah...that's what I was thinking last night, as I was standing at the Humble H&R Block because some idiot forgot to call me and this other girl to tell us that they decided they weren't going to teach our class at the Kingwood location.

Needless to say, it came up on Tuesday that because there were just two of us, they (head honchos at H&R Block) may decide to move us to the Humble location. Which is understandable, other than the fact that they forgot to call and let us know. I pull up to the Kingwood location right at 7 pm, and no one was there. Not even the other girl. I was like "nice of them to give us a call", and I start thinking, I should just go home. But no...FCA is paying for this class, so I drive over to the Humble location (about 10 minutes down the road), knowing I would be late and looking like a dumbass walking in not knowing if I should be there or not.

So, I get there and the girl that's in my class was sitting over at the table, but talking to the instructor. I could hear her saying something to the effect of we were told that if no one was at the Kingwood location, we should come over here. Well, so we did, to come to find out that they weren't even teaching Fundamentals I or Fundamentals II. It was some totally different class.

So, we're trying to explain the situation to these people, and they were looking at us, like "SO?"...needless to say, the instructor gets her district manager on the phone, and she talks to the other girl, and they decide we need to switch our days to Mondays and Wednesdays instead of Tuesdays and Thursday in order to attend this class here in Humble, since they're not teaching one in Kingwood. I was just about ready to say "I quit" and walk out and ask for FCA's money back.

I was so pissed that no one had the audasity to at least call and let us know what was going on!!!
